Praised for their artistry, versatility, and undeniable onstage chemistry, soprano Bridgette Gan and baritone Scott Johnson are a husband-and-wife singing duo whose careers span major opera houses, symphony halls, and sacred stages across the U.S. and abroad. Individually, their performances have been heard with companies such as Santa Fe Opera, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Palm Beach Opera, Opera Philadelphia, Central City Opera, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, the Las Vegas Philharmonic, and many more. Together, they are the co-creators of their popular Let’s Duet concert series, celebrated for its heartfelt blend of opera, musical theater, art song, and holiday favorites.
Their story began in 2010 as young artists at Central City Opera—where they sang together, fell in love, and began a long-distance journey that eventually led them around the world and finally home to Ewing, New Jersey. Today, while raising their two children, Danny and Eliza, they continue to share a life filled with music, laughter, and collaboration.

As a duo, Bridgette and Scott have recently appeared on recital series at Rider University, in concerts with the Vocalis Consort at the Longy School of Music, and on their forthcoming holiday tour, Let’s Duet: Happy Holidays, with pianist Jeff Uhlig. They also serve as regular sacred musicians for several churches in the region.
Whether performing opera, musical theater, contemporary selections, or customized programs for weddings, memorial services, fundraisers, and special events, Bridgette and Scott bring seasoned artistry, warmth, and a shared joy of music-making to every stage. They are available for bookings as a duo or as individual soloists, with customizable concert offerings—including their signature Let’s Duet series.
